The 2022 Notices of Valuation Change have been mailed out. If there was an increase or decrease from the 2021 assessed valuation, a notice was mailed out to the property owner. If there was no adjustment, no notices were mailed. Enclosed in each notice is an explanation for the change.
If you disagree with the assessed value, we encourage that you contact the assessor’s office 402-821-2588 prior to filing a protest form. Valuation protest forms and protest letters are available by contacting county clerk 402-821-2374 or by going to the county website https://co.saline.ne.us.
Protest form (Form 422) and letter MUST be filed on or before June 30, 2022.
