The Omaha Mavericks Cross Country team has one final race before putting the wraps on their 2022 campaign. The NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in Columbia, Missouri will be the site of Omaha's final meet. Omaha will march out Kamryn Ensley, Danielle Howard, Lily Jackson, Maya Nachtigal, Maddie Swanson, Emily Treptow and Maddie Yardley for the Midwest Regional tomorrow.
"I'm looking forward to seeing how our team measures up against all the teams in the region," Mavericks head coach Cliff Cisar said. 'We've made a lot of progress this year and this will be our ultimate test to see just how far we've come since this time last year."
This will be the second time the Mavericks have raced this course this season. They first competed on it at the Gans Creek Classic back on September 30th where freshman Kamryn Ensley set the school record for the 6K. Omaha had a gutsy performance the first go-around at this course and will look to be competitive on it once again.
