The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed an amendment to a Plan Modification for the following legally described property:
Lot 1-3, Block 27, Original Town, Hastings, Adams County Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof
This amendment to property is proposed for Hastings City Council consideration as part of Redevelopment Area #1. A map depicting these lots and the Redevelopment Area #1 can be found here. Hastings Avenue on the 1st Floor or by calling #402-461-2302 and making an appointment.
The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on August 16, 2022 at 4:00 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue, Hastings. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on September 12, 2022 at 5:30 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue.
