Making Solar Lights Last Longer
Do you use outdoor solar powered lights? At some point they stop working, but it may not be the LED light or the solar panel to blame – it might be the rechargeable battery inside has reached the end of its life. There’s only one way to find out – open it up, find out what kind of battery, then replace it. Many people don’t realize there’s a battery in there but, now that you know, you can help keep batteries out of the landfill. Recycle them instead!
