Description:

Join us for our FREE 4 -Part Education Series on American Integration and how to Mainstream Integration into the workforce and Community. There will be many takeaways during each session and will be receiving a certificate of completion for attending all 4 sessions. As Nebraska continues to experience workforce shortages throughout the state in areas such as food processing, agriculture, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing industries, as well as the increasing shortages of healthcare professionals, it is important to retain and support the immigrants and refugees integrating in order to fulfill workforce demands throughout the state of Nebraska. In this session on Retention and Community & Family Support, attendees will hear from Community leaders on how to best support Refugee and Immigrant employees and their families through their integration journey.
