KPD and S.C.A.L.E.S. (South Central Area Law Enforcement Services) sponsored and are hosting an Instructor Development course here in Kearney at
the Harmon Park Activity Center this week.
Thanks to Plattsmouth Police Chief Steve Rathman for teaching and Kearney Park & Recreation for providing a great space for our area law enforcement
agencies to train.
This training brought in multiple agencies from Nebraska to further prepare and develop their officers to be excellent trainers and instructors for their
agencies.
