The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has endorsed U.S. Senator Deb Fischer for re-election to the United States Senate. NFIB, known as a leading small business advocacy organization, expressed its support for Fischer due to her consistent backing of small business interests.

Ryan McIntosh, NFIB Nebraska State Director, stated, "Senator Fischer has been a strong advocate in the U.S. Senate for small business owners and their employees." He highlighted her role as a cosponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act, which aims to make the Small Business Deduction permanent—a significant concern for NFIB members. McIntosh added, "We are proud to endorse Senator Fischer for re-election today and we are confident she will continue to help job creators in Nebraska own, operate, and grow their businesses."

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, emphasized Fischer's perfect voting record on key issues affecting small businesses. She remarked, "Senator Fischer has achieved a 100% NFIB voting record on key small business issues." Sussin also noted that Fischer has been a reliable partner in supporting Nebraska's small businesses and reiterated their endorsement: "We are proud to endorse Senator Fischer for re-election today and look forward to continuing to work with her."

The endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the organization's political action committee funded by voluntary contributions from its members beyond their regular dues. The decisions made by this committee rely on grassroots evaluations driven by member input.
