Criminal charges have been filed against five individuals in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska following encounters with federal law enforcement. The incidents occurred during a civil search warrant operation at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska, on June 10, 2025.

Marvin Aleman Zepeda, 37, faces a charge of using a deadly or dangerous weapon to assault, resist, or impede a federal officer. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.

Osmar Lorenzo-Genchi, 20, is charged with two counts: using a deadly weapon against a federal officer and causing damage exceeding $1,000 to U.S. property. He faces potential penalties of up to 30 years imprisonment and fines totaling $500,000 if found guilty on both counts.

Alejandra Lopez-Garcia, 28; Aliyah Reyna Lozano, 18; and Aaron Urbanski, 36; are also facing charges related to assaulting federal officers and damaging government property. Their maximum possible sentences range from one year imprisonment and fines up to $100,000 per count.

Special Agent Eugene Kowel of the FBI's Omaha Field Office stated that "Assaulting a law enforcement officer engaged in their lawful duties or damaging government property is not protected under the First Amendment — it is a criminal offense which we will investigate and apprehend those responsible."

These cases are part of Operation Take Back America led by Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement with support from other federal agencies including the FBI.

The defendants remain presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
