Weather permitting, a paving project begins today, October 26, on I-129, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Work includes paving the on and off ramps at Kingsberry Interchange and Dakota Avenue.
Message boards will be placed in advance at each location. Lanes will close intermittently, so drivers should plan to use an alternate route. The paving work will take approximately two (2) weeks.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
